6/30 | Easy Breezy Off Campus Move

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of CORT. All opinions are 100% mine.

I did a huge thing last week, I made my first off campus move! It feels so good to no longer have to worry about roommates or small dorm rooms with all that unattractive furniture. Before I moved out, I was getting all of my things together and realized I didn’t have much furniture for my new place. Being a student, I just didn’t have time to worry about everything that needed to be done including finding furniture for the entire home. Also, the pieces I buy for my home now, may not work for me in the future, and I wasn’t ready to make such a big purchase with a big commitment. I am so lucky because I found
CORT Furniture Rental, and they took care of all my furniture needs! I’m only planning on staying in the home for the academic year, so to have the stress of finding enough furniture to fill an entire home off my chest feel amazing! My biggest concern was probably getting the furniture to the house because I live in Pennsylvania and go to school in North Carolina. CORT made ordering easy, and delivery was a breeze! I picked a day that worked for me, and they delivered the furniture the day that I got the keys, and they did it so carefully! The best part is that student packages start at just $119 a month!

CORT Furniture Rental allowed me to focus on more important things without having to sacrifice quality and style in my home furnishings. It’s there when you want it, and gone when you don’t. What could get better than that?! I’m always up for saving money, which is why along with choosing CORT to furnish my home so affordably, I enjoyed making some practical DIY projects for my space that saved me even more!

We created these super cute stenciled pillows to add pops of color in our lovely living room! They were so simple to make and they compliment our great couch!

Then we upgraded a simple white curtain and really added style with cute pom-pom trim and a great, cheaper alternative to a curtain rod! It really helped bring the space to life!

For the last easy project we made all we needed was some styrofoam squares and extra fabric, then we had some adorable wall decor to display above my great bed! I would have never had time to make these awesome crafts if I had to worry about furnishing my entire home.
CORT Furniture Rental is perfect for every college student, and it takes all the hassle out of the move. CORT really helped me have an enjoyable moving experience! CORT services a large number of colleges and universities across the country so be sure to check them out next time you’re needing to rent furniture.
