So for the post I created a tutorial on a congratulations card using scraps.
Its a simple card you can do for almost any occasion.
Its also a great way to use your scraps. (it is Earth Week!)

SUPPLY LIST:
- white card stock
- scraps of pattern paper ( 1/2 inch x 2 inch ) I used echo park park bench collection
- ribbon
- border punch
- a stamp
- black ink and black pen ( or any other color of your choice)
- corner chomper ( although I didn’t use it )
