Today I have a fun Wedding Shower Cards idea to share with you all! Instead of making typical rectangle card after card, why not bring something different to the plate this time? Spice it up! We all have hear of and probably used border punches, right? We usually see them used on layers on are cards, like this:
But why not add a border to your card base?
You can achieve this look a couple of different ways
- border punches
- design the base of your card on silhouette studio (this is the technique I used)
- there are also border dies that would work great!
I chose to do this one along the side, but you could also do this along the bottom like this:
For the rest of this wedding shower cards, i used an umbrella from the Tie The Knot cricut cartridge, a flower punch, and a piece of dry embossed card stock, and a My Pink Stamper stamp reading “wishing you the best.”
