Hey Everyone!
Remember a few weeks back we shared 10 Handmade Jewelry Ideas? Well, here is another for you! That makes 11! Today I’m going to show you how to make a Fabric Cuff Bracelet! Theses are really fun and simple to make- absolutely NO SEWING involved! This is the perfect craft for teenagers to make this summer!
Here is what you will need to make your very own fabulous Fabric Cuff Bracelet:
Once you have gathered all your supplies, it’s time to get started!
The first thing you will want to do is cut your “Phoomph” to the size you want. I made my bracelet one inch thick, but you could make yours thicker or thinner, depending on what kind of look you’re going for. When you wrap the strip around your wrist, it shouldn’t touch but it should be pretty close!
Once you have that all figured out, peel the backing off one side of the “phoomph” and lay your fabric on top- super easy! Then cut around it leaving a small border of fabric around the piece. Remove the other side of the backing off, and fold over the excess fabric.
Add a peice of ribbon to cover the rest of the sticky side!
Punch 2 holes on each end. These will be used to thread the string through to secure it. I also added eyelets to make it look more professional, but you don’t have to have them.
Lastly, Thread the string through all four holes, put it on your wrist, and tie a bow!
Now you have a super fun Fabric Cuff Braclet! Don’t you wanna make one? I love mine, and already have plans to make them in other patterns to match certain outfits!
