Were going to be making a Clothespin Decor Project today. It’s something any Teen can use for there room or to give to a friend/family member. They’re super customizable because we’re making ours from wood that you can pick up from any Craft store, Like Michael’s! Here is what you will need to get started :
After gathering our supplies, we will want to get started. It’s really easy and fun. What you will need to do is take your wood and Drill two holes in it. You should be able to do this without a problem.
Next, Take your wood, Foam Brush, and paint. You will want to start painting about one to three coats of paint. This all depends on how you want it to look. I did about two coats and added a little more to certain spots.
After you’ve painted your wood and have your holes drilled (If your wood isn’t Pre-Drilled) ,We are ready to put down the clothespins. I love to use E6000, Just make sure you use it in a WELL Ventilated area, I prefer outside. I like to be safe then sorry. Isn’t that a great saying? When your deciding how far your Clothespins should be, Maybe use a pencil or something like that to separate them out.
Lastly, thread your ribbon in your Clothespin Decor Project and tie two Knots on each side so the ribbon holds it nicely so it doesn’t come un-done! Are you ready to see the finished product? I had a great time crafting it up tonight and I think it will look super cool in MY Bedroom. Don’t you think you could use one too?
Who would of ever thought Clothespin Decor would be so fun? You could customize this a lot more, But I want to be able to hing anything here from To-Do Lists, Crafts, Socks, etc.
Have a great day,
Tanner Bell
