Its April everyone! Can you believe it? because I sure can’t. I’ll be out for summer vacation in a little less than 3 months. Ack! While sunshine replacing books is super exciting, the swimsuits replacing my baggy flannel pants and long sleeve tee shirts doesn’t sound too fun. Those things could cover anything man! I’m really not a fan of healthy foods or exercise and I will openly admit it, although I am sure you could tell just by looking at my muffin top. But I know if you want to look good in that bikini this summer (still just 3 months away) that they will be necessary.
But while we are all exercising and eating healthy, we are bound to need a sweet treat. So today I am here to share with you a no guilt Root Beer float made with A&W TEN. I found this stuff while shopping at Walmart one day, and it’s the bomb.com. Did you ever think that an entire can of soda could have just 10 calories? while still tasting like the legit stuff? Neither did I. But the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group (DPSG) made it happen somehow.
Here is what you will need for this yummy low-calorie root beer float:
You probably already know how to make a root beer float, but too bad I am going to teach you how just in case you have been deprived of the awesomeness.
Step One: Pour half a can of A&W Ten in the the perfect root beer float mug. Thats just FIVE calories people.
Step Two: Add a scoop of fat free ice cream on top. I love to watch it fizz and bubble!! It reminds me of chemistry class, but you get to eat your experiment!
Okay so its only a 2 step process, but that doesn’t make it any less amazing! This is totally a treat that you can have everyday from now all the way though bathing suit season and still look fab! And if the whole eating healthy and exercise part doesn’t quite work out like we all hope, that is why God made cover ups!
