Hey everyone! I’m a smoothie fan, are you? I’m making smoothies year around. My favorite time to make smoothies of course is SUMMER! They kick off my mornings right and I always enjoy drinking them as a starter for the day. I love using Silk AlmondMilk Protein + Fiber to get the needed protein and fiber for my morning jogs. I always add milk to my smoothies and before using the new Silk AlmondMilk Protein + Fiber I had to purchase extra supplements to add in. Now all I need is my Silk Almond Milk! It saves so much time. I went to SafeWay and purchased my Almond Milks.

Today I’m going to share with you guys what I use to make my morning smoothie- You can switch it up as much or as little as you want. Being a teen, I love switching it up and adding new things. Now you don’t have to use the Silk Almond Milk Protein + Fiber. You could just use the Silk Almond Coconut Blend! They both work wonders.

Now you’re going to want to gather your fruits together! I love a variation of Blueberries, Strawberries, and a banana. But you get to decide what you like the best! Everyone is different.

Now Start by adding in 1/2 to one cup of Almond Milk into your blender. I have to say Smoothies with almond milk is way better then not having it. Most of the time you don’t even have to add any ice to your smoothie! The Almond Milk does wonders.

Here is what I’ve added in mine- 4 Strawberries, handful of Blueberries, and a whole banana. (You could use half of a banana and more strawberries.)

Now lets blend it up! I let mine blend for a while until it looks nice and blended. You can blend yours less for more chunks of fruit if thats what you like!

Yummo! Now pour and enjoy. You’ll love these smoothies and the Protein in Almond Milk is outstanding. You’ll love all the benefits of Almond Milk.
