These fabric bracelets are so cute and even easier to make! I bet you have everything you need to make them in your house right now! You can whip a few of these up to match today’s outfit before you run out the door! They are a great way to add a pop of color and so easy to mix and match! You’ll end up making them in every color, if you’re anything like me!
Here is what you will need to make your very own:
- Wire Hanger
- Fabric
- Aleene’s Fabric Fusion
- Wore Cutters
- Scissors (not pictured)
Using the wire cutters, cut the bottom bar of the hanger and bend it into a circle. If you can’t get the hanger to bend as you want. It may be easier to use floral wire or something similar to that.
Cut a strip of fabric about one inch think.
Tie the fabric strip in a knot where the wire overlaps and pull tightly to keep them together.
Wrap the fabric stip around the wire and keep on wrapping! Make sure it is pretty tight so it looks the best.
When you reach the end and are back where you knotted, cut the excess fabric off and glue off the end with Aleene’s Fabric Fusion.
Aren’t they cute? I think they would go great with my simple outfit today! What colors will you make first? I hope you don’t use all your hangers up and all your clothes don’t end up on the floor, but if they do, I understand why!
