You know what’s fun? Making cards. You know what’s even more fun? Giving a card that is ALSO a surprise crafty craft for the recipient!
The Emergency Snowman card is the perfect Wintertime card to celebrate the season and make someone smile. This card is easy and fun to make, and creates a kit for a friend that let’s them get creative too.
- Scissors
- a printer
- cardstock
- tape or stickers

1. Download the free printable Card Kit here: http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/paper-crafts/emergency-snowman-free-card-kit/
2. Print and cut out the card, envelope, snowman accessories card, and three giant snowballs that will make up the snowman body.
3. Fold the envelope piece and glue the sides to the front to create an envelope. Glue the back of your finished envelope to the front of the card in the red grid. Make sure you have left the top of the envelope open so you can put things in it.
4. Once the envelope is dry and securely attached to the card, put the snowball pieces and the accessories card in the envelope.
5. Seal with a kiss and maybe a sticker or washi tape if you have some around. 🙂
6. Put the whole thing in a real envelope, mail to a friend, and wait for an Instagram of your bestie giggling over the fun craft time he or she is having!
