12/31 | Give Back with Hickory Farms this Christmas

The Holiday Season is all about giving! It is really important to remember the true meaning of Christmas even through all the hustle and bustle of the consumer aspect. Christmas is really the celebration of Jesus’ birthday, but sometimes our savior’s birth gets pushed aside by santa and everything. God gave us the most generous gift in the entire world on the first Christmas, his one and only son. If god can be that generous, we should be generous as well, don’t you think? Hickory Farms sure does.

Hickory Farms is a truly great company and they pride themselves in giving back. Hickory Farms is a proud supporter of Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign. Share Our Strength is the leading non-profit organization in working to end childhood hunger in America by 2015. So join in and celebrate the tradition of giving!

Together Hickory Farms with the help of consumers like me and you, has raised over $3.3 million dollars for the cause. All of this money went to providing long-term solutions for families in need.  For each Party Planner gift box sold this holiday season, Hickory Farms will donate $5 to Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry Campaign.

Hickory Farms has 5 products that they offer free shipping to military APO and FPO addresses, including the “Festive Cheese Sampler” gift basket and “Beef Hearty Hickory” basket. If you know someone in the military, I know it would make their day to receive some of their favorite holiday food.

Actually, I am pretty sure it would make anyones day to receive a Hickory Farms gift basket this Christmas. Hickory Farms offers a variety of holiday food gifts that are perfect for any budget and for everyone on your list this year. This year’s new addition of the Signature Chocolate Collection would be my favorite-yummm!

Compensation and products for review were provided by Hickory Farms via MomTrends. I received a free sample of the product for the purpose of this review and to facilitate a giveaway.  The opinions expressed herein are those of the author and are not indicative of the opinions of Hickory Farms.
