8/31 | Let’s get Ready for Dorm Life!

Hey everyone! Hope you’re having a great day. We are in the mist of dorm season and I’m sure many of you are overwhelmed. I’ve been receiving lots of emails from you all talking about how stressed you were and didn’t know what to do to get prepared. Today we are going to go over some of must haves for going off to college. You’re going to have lots of fun, but if you want to start the semester off right, you have to be prepared.

One of my favorite places to shop back to school is Wal-Mart. They seriously have everything. We’re stocking up on Schick® Disposable Razors which is on Rollback! Whoop. Whoop. You want to look nice during the school year and no one likes dull razors, right? Be sure to stock up now and not have to worry about it during the semester.

Next up, let’s pick out a fun bedding set! Walmart has a lot of fun options, but this plain and simple set is totally me. Tip : Pick up a set of extra sheets. You will be lazy and not want to wash your sheets enough, so having another set will help that.

Organization is key. These bins that I found over at Wal-Mart is the perfect solution. If you’re anything like me, you struggle with organization. When using these bins, it will make it look like everything has a place.

Let’s pick up a few fresh bath linens to start dorm life off right. I would rather have one to many, than one to short. No one wants to have to re use a stinky towel right before class or at the end of a long school day.

Pick up one of these plastic 3 drawer towers. These are so in expensive and you can even add some DIY love to them too! A bottle of spray paint + scrapbook paper can make them custom to your room and make them look totally custom.

Be sure to head over to Walmart for all your dorm needs this year! Leave me a comment if you’re going off to college soon or have already started your school year. I hope everyone has a great year.
