We have been working overdrive on deadline here at our office and I think we need to do something to reward the team for all of their hard work. Everyone loves customizing a Sara Lee’s cheesecake. I found an awesome coupon to pickup a few while I was shopping over at Food Lion last week. The coupon is good through 3/31 or while supplies last and you’ll save $1.50! Believe me these will be gone soon, because they’re so yummy! Let me share with you how I took my Sara Lee’s cheesecake to the next level with only a few items.
You only need a few items to take your cheesecake to the next level. While I was at Food Lion, I also picked up some white chocolate, Oreos, fudge, and strawberries.
First we’re going to add a layer of fudge to our Sara Lee’s Cheesecake.
Now place a few Oreos in a zip lock bag and crush the. I used a ceramic mug to help me crush them.
Once they’re crushed up, sprinkle them onto your cake. The fudge will help hold them onto your cake.
Grab a cutting board and cut your strawberries into 6 pieces. Place them on top of your Classic Cheesecake.
Take your white chocolate and a knife to create chocolate shavings. Sprinkle the shavings onto your cake.
