Eyelashes are a trend right now in the world of decor! This summer we made a DIY eyelash pillow- so be sure to check that out. I think its a random trend, but kind of cute. So I am going with it and I even made this DIY Eyelash Art. It is so simple to make; here is how you can make your own:
You will need: a small white frame | 3 pairs of fake eyelashes | Scotch Multi-Purpose glue | white & purple card stock | pen
Step 1: Cut your purple card stock to fit perfectly in the frame. Cut the white pice a little smaller so that there will be a border of purple.
Step 2: Glue the white pice of card stock onto the middle of the purple one.
Step 3: Glue the fake eye lashes onto the white card stock. Leave a space under each set.
Step 4: Under the first set of lashes write “be kind,” under the second write “be brave,” and under the third write “be you.” I got 3 different kind of lashes and I think that made this pice a little more interesting than if they were all the same.
This was such a simple project and it is even inspirational! It would make a great gift for any makeup lover! I can imagine this DIY eyelash art sitting on a make up station, can’t you?. The purple paper can be replaced with a color that matches your room or your friend’s. The total cost for this project is about $5- a very inexpensive pice of art.
