Step 1: In a ZipLock bag place the 2 chicken breasts along with a pack of the ranch dressing mix, and 1\4 a cup of buffalo sauce. Close the bag and mix until thoroughly combined.
Step 2: Coat a pan in cooking spray and on medium heat, cook the chicken 6-8 minutes on each side.
Step 3: Now that your chicken is cooked, in a large pot boil your box of bowties as directed and set to the side.
Step 4: In the same pot on medium heat add your butter, another 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce, the other packet of ranch dressing mix, and cream cheese. Whisk together then slowly add in your milk and keep whisking until a sauce has formed (it will thicken as it cools).
Step 5: Cut and cube the chicken breasts and place in the bowl of cooked bowties. Then pour in the sauce over it all and mix together.
Step 6: Serve with your favorite garnish or keep it simple like me, and enjoy! If you enjoyed this Buffalo Ranch Alfredo, you’re bound to enjoy THIS recipe.
