Cake pops are so popular right now and there are so many recipes going around for easy cake pops but i’m here to tell you this is the easiest. I made them in minutes and no one can believe it. You can decorate them however you like to fit your party theme or just go with the classic sprinkles like we did. You can make them for any last minute party or get together and they’re a hit! So ditch the complicated cake pops and go for this Super Easy Cake Pops recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 Large Box Oatmeal Cream Pies
- White Chocolate Melts
- Popsicle Sticks
- Sprinkles
- Mini Cupcake Liners
How To Make It:
Step 1: Place the cream pies in a bowl and mix them up until they are all combined like dough.
Step 2: Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and roll the cream pie mix into balls and place on the wax paper, let chill 10 minutes.
Step 3: While the cream balls are chilling, melt your chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until it’s nice and smooth.
Step 4: Take a cream ball and a lollypop stick and poke a hole in the ball, then dip the lollypop stick into the chocolate and place it back in the hole you made. Let the chocolate harden. This insures the cream ball will stay in place on the lollypop stick.
Step 5: Take a cake pop and roll it in the chocolate and let the access drip off, and place back on the wax paper. If desired, roll into sprinkles to decorate and place in a foam board to dry.
Step 6: Take your mini cupcake liners, poke a hole in the bottom and slide them up the lollypop stick.
