9/30 | Halloween Shadow Box Luminaries

Halloween is coming up so it’s time to start making all your DIY Halloween crafts! Fall is my favorite time of year I love the weather and when the leaves start to fall I know that Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas aren’t far away! In the spirit of Fall today we’re making these adorable shadow box luminaries! They are perfect for DIY home decor or to display on your porch to welcome Trick-or-Treaters! I know you’re dying to make them, so here’s how!

Here’s What You’ll Need: | Wooden Photo Frames In Various Sizes| Variety of Halloween Diecuts | An Assortment of Americana Multi-Surface Paint| Paintbrushes | All Purpose Glue | Small Flameless Candles |

Here’s How To Make Them:

Step 1: Paint your wooden frame with your choice of Americana Multi-Surface. We recommend Pumpkin Patch, if you’re looking for a perfect orange for the season.

Step 2: Paint your Halloween diecuts with the coordinating Americana Decor Multi-Surface color of your choice.

Step 3: Once everything is dry glue the painted diecuts onto the frame anywhere you want.
Step 4: Set a flameless candle into the frame and enjoy your adorable Halloween luminary!

These little shadow box luminaries are awesome! If you enjoyed this project, you’re bound to enjoy our DIY shadow box frames OR our decoupage luminary vases we shared last summer. I think these would be great with some spooky Halloween images.
