6/30 | DIY 4th Of July Decor

I hope you all are having a great week! Today we’re going to share with you how to make some great DIY 4th Of July Decor that can also be used for Memorial Day or just as a piece to celebrate the land of the free and home of the brave! It’s a great simple project you can make in an afternoon but can be used for years to come. To make your own just follow the tutorial down below!

Supplies : | 10″ x 12″  Finished Wood Slab | 1776 Wooden Numbers | All Purpose Glue | Painter’s Tape | Paintbrushes | Red, White, and Metallic Blue Acrylic Paint |

Steps :

Step 1 : Paint the entire wood board white, we applied 2 coats.

Step 2 : Once completely dry, Tape off the board where you want your stripes to be. Make sure to press the edges of the tape to get clean lines.

Step 3 : Apply several coats of red paint on the board then carefully remove your tape.

Step 4 : Paint your numbers in metallic blue and allow to dry.

Step 5 : Take your numbers and line them up how you want them on your board, then glue them down making sure they’re straight and even. Once fully dried display and enjoy!
