7/31 | DIY Marshmallow Cookie Skillet

If you’re anything like me and my friends, we’re always looking for a sweet treat to attempt during the summer. This week we decided to attempt this Marshmallow Cookie Skillet recipe and we’re so glad we did. What I love about this recipe is that you’re able to change up the items that you place in between your two cookies. I’ve seen other bloggers use Hershey chocolate, peanut butter cups, or anything else you can think of. Are you excited to see this Marshmallow Cookie Skillet recipe come to life? Let’s get started.

Supplies :
•Iron Skillet
•Marshmallows
•Cookie Dough
Step 1: Create a thin layer of cookie in your iron skillet.

Step 2: Cut your marshmallows in half and place on top of your cookie layer in the skillet.
Step 3: If you’re a big chocolate fan like we are, add a chocolate drizzle.

Step 4: Now add another layer of cookie on top of the marshmallows!

Step 5: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for 15-25 minutes. This all depends on how gooey you’d like your skillet cookie.

Step 6: Now that you’ve pulled it from the oven, pair it with your favorite flavor of ice cream and enjoy!
