Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Smithfield® Marinated Fresh Pork. The opinions and text are all mine. #RealFlavorRealFast @SmithfieldFoods

Hey everyone! Today I’m coming at you with a super easy and oh so delicious recipe that we made with the help of Smithfield®! It’s summer time and at our house, that means pool parties, backyard BBQ’s, and family game nights. Because we used a Smithfield Marinated Fresh Applewood Smoked Bacon Pork Loin Filet, it took all of the guesswork and lengthy prep out of cooking. It comes already marinated and seasoned, and it’s 100% fresh pork without any artificial ingredients, so I can feel good about what I’m feeding my family. It’s such a versatile product. You can make almost any dish with it and it always delivers real flavor real fast. We love to grill it, sauté it, bake it, and even slow cook it. It can be diced, cubed, sliced, or shredded.  The possibilities are endless. You can make almost anything with this product in 30 minutes or less!

Ingredients

  • Smithfield Applewood Smoked Bacon Pork Loin Filet
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • Slider Rolls

Here is how to make them:
Step 1: Get your slow cooker out and place your Smithfield Applewood Smoked Bacon Pork Loin Filet in. It would taste amazing cooking by itself but here we will add a cup of barbecue sauce into the pot as well.

Step 2: Set the slow cooker on high and let it cook for 4-6 hours, or to your liking.
Step 3: Take two forks and shred the meat, it should be tender and shred easily.
Step 4: Once your meat is shredded, take your slider rolls and pull them apart.

Step 5: Add a hefty spoon full of the meat to each slider.

Step 6: Add more barbecue sauce if desired onto your sliders, and serve to your eager and hungry guests!

After I got my Smithfield Applewood Smoked Bacon Pork Loin Filet, I went home and decided it felt like a Mini BBQ Sliders kind of night! So I threw everything in the slow cooker and let it do all the work while the family and I played some fun board games. It was tough having to smell that amazing Smithfield aroma as we played, but I was so happy not being in the kitchen cooking. I got to spend quality time with my family. So tonight is game night, but just like any other night for dinner, I want something quick and simple to make that my whole family can enjoy. I don’t want to be cooking for hours or waste hours marinating my meat. That’s why I love that it’s already marinated and seasoned. You don’t need to add any rubs or sauces if you don’t want to. You can cook it straight from the package, and thats something that I can’t say about many other brands.
