Eating healthy is an important part of living our best life but when dinner (or snack) time rolls around I seem to go toward the unhealthy options for taste reasons. When great taste meets healthy options, I am all over that! I love getting the nutrients from vegetables in uncommon ways and disguising them in sweet treats and yummy snacks. Today I have rounded up lots of healthy recipes teens actually like. I bet you haven’t seen a lot of these unique ideas yet, so check them out and get cooking!

Say what?? These are such a good option for an appetizer or dinner for those who love a little spice! You won’t even taste the cauliflower but it adds a great crunch!

Healthy Sweet Potato Fries with Avocado Dip 

My two favorite things combined! I am like your typical college girl and love me some avocado toast! I also love sweet potato fries. I bet this combination is to die for.


Healthy Banana Pancakes

Breakfast is not the place that you wanna be eating most of your carbs. Save them for later in the day! Heavy pancakes can stick with you and make you feel pretty yucky during the day, but these healthy banana pancakes are a great alternative that is still tasty!
