Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs of frozen meatballs
- 1 can of Dr Pepper
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
- 3 TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
Place the one and a half pounds of frozen meatballs into the slow cooker. Then pour the mixture over the meatballs that are in the slow cooker.
Mix it up really well so that all of the meatballs get covered by the sauce. The sauce, at this point, may be pretty thin and sort of puddle in the bottom of the slow cooker, but don’t worry, it will start to thicken up as it cooks. Place the slow cooker on low and let it cook for about 6 hours. You will probably want to turn it down to warm after the first six hours if you’re not ready to serve them up yet.
Lay them out on your tailgate table and ENJOY them! People are going to want to dig in, so be sure to have plenty of bowls, forks, and napkins handy. Don’t forget the napkins or you will be walking around with evidence of the greatest BBQ meatballs ever and people are gonna come by your table looking for them. Believe me, you guys won’t want to be sharing these with just anyone. LOL
