As a memo board to keep track of things you need to do. As a photo display to stylishly share your favorite pics. Leave little notes for your bestie to find when they get home. The possibilities are endless.”]

Step One: Paint the edges of the wooden circle. You really don’t need to paint the front or back, so save some time and paint!

Step Two: Apply an even layer of decoupage to the front and lay the piece of scrapbook paper on top.

Step Three: After the decoupage has dried, cut off the excess scrapbook paper using a craft knife. Be sure to use a cutting mat or something underneath to protect your craft table.
Step Four: You are going to want to cut a piece of faux leather that is a little bit less than half the size of the wooden circle. Place it where you want the pocket to be. Then attach it down with the thumbtacks all around the bottom edge.

Step Five: Finish it off by hot gluing the excess leather to the back of the circle!

Wasn’t that projects so easy? If you have an afternoon and a creative mind, there’s no limit to how far you’ll go with this DIY. I get so many compliments and everyone wants to know where I got it, and when I say I made it everyone wants to know how. It was so fun and not too difficult to make, I think everyone needs one.
