How stinking cute is this avocado gift bag that I found at Walmart?! I mean come on- it has hugging avocados on it. It simply does not get better than that, especially not for 98 cents.

All you have to do to turn the gift bag or the wrapping paper into DIY wall art is cut it down to fit. For the wrapping paper, I just did a rough cut and placed it in the frame behind the mat which covered the jagged edges. For the avocado gift bag art, I was a little more careful to cut straight lines. I added a fun pop of color behind it too with a piece of cardstock.

What kind of gift wrap would you use? I bet you all can’t wait for your birthdays now so that you can make some DIY wall art for FREE! You might even want to let your friends know so they give you gifts in cute bags! My birthday is next week and I think I’m going to do just that! It’s like a gift that keeps on giving!
