Prom season is upon us and that means everyone going to prom is searching for that perfect promposal idea. You can spend hundreds on your idea and have props and gifts galore but honestly who has that kind of time or money? I know I sure don’t. Today I want to show you all a super cheap and simple promposal idea perfect for the simple teen. This is a great Funny Promposal- It Will Be a Flipping Good Time! This idea is easy to make and only requires a few supplies.
- White Poster Board
- Various Colors of Cardstock
- Double Sided Tape
- Cutting Mat
- Scissors
- Craft Knife
- Lay your cardstock onto the cutting mat and with the craft knife carefully cut out your letters. We used our Cricut Maker to save time but if you don’t have access to a die cutting machine doing it by hand is just fine.
- Once all your letters and symbols are cut take your tape and one by one adhere the letters onto your poster board.
- Put it in your car, drive to your soon-to-be prom date, and surprise!
I think this promposal idea is so fun and simple. It turned out great. I love that it’s a step up from the simple “PROM?” posters you see written with a sharpie.
