Unicorns are all the rage, and so are promposals. Naturally, I thought we should merge the two and have a cute Unicorn Promposal idea. It’s prom season and I know everyone is looking for their ideal way to ask their special someone. If that someone loves unicorns then we have the promposal idea for you. This project is not only adorable but very cost friendly. Don’t think you need to spend tons of money on your idea. Most of the time people appreciate a simple homemade gesture anyways. I hope you enjoy learning how to create this cute DIY promposal card yourself.
- Blue Card Stock
- Gold Glitter Card Stock
- Cutting Mat
- Scissors
- Craft Knife
- Double Sided Tape or Glue Dots
- Fold the blue cardstock how you want your card to look.
- Now lay your cutting mat down and with the scissors and craft knife carefully cut out your letters. We used a Cricut Maker to save time but if you don’t have a die cutting machine no worries. Hand cutting works just as well.
- Once your letters are cut position them on your card and then adhere them with your tape one letter at a time.
I told you this idea would be fun. It’s not as hard as it looks to make. No one will believe you made it yourself. Be sure to give your project a personal touch by using a different color paper for your card or a font you like better. I hope you loved this tutorial, happy promposing!
