Sometimes dinner is a pain. I enjoy cooking, but often times it’s hard for me to think of new easy recipes I can make. I usually end up making one of my few go-to dinner recipes and let me tell you my family is sick of them! I decided to find some delicious dinner ideas we can never get tired of!
I went to my local Meijer and found these new Tyson® Fully Cooked Dinner and Entrée Kits in the freezer section. They have so many delicious flavors like Crispy Chicken Pomodoro, Lemon Parmesan Chicken, Seasoned Steak Fillet & Mushrooms, Peppercorn Seared Steak, and Roasted Ginger Chicken. I was blown away by the selection. I definitely wanted to try them all, but I decided on the Tyson Fully Cooked Dinner and Entrée Kit – Citrus Roasted Chicken. It was good to see on the package that the chicken was raised without any antibiotics. I was excited to get home and cook dinner. I know it sounds crazy, but I love the fact that the high-quality meat comes FULLY COOKED. I don’t know how experienced you are in the kitchen, but I often find myself overcooking my chicken because of the fear of salmonella. When it’s fully cooked and vacuum sealed like these are, that takes all the worry away. Not to mention fully cooked means less time I have to spend in the kitchen, and more time I can spend DIYing! It was so easy to make! All of the premium ingredients are frozen at the peak of freshness and pre-portioned with no artificial flavors. The chicken was juicy and so flavorful. It was the perfect weeknight meal for two and took me less than 20 minutes to make. The garlic crisps added a zesty crunch that complemented the flavor of the chicken so well. The cooking directions were simple and easy to follow, anyone could make it.
I loved not having to worry about cooking a big complicated dinner. I just followed the simple instructions, and whipped up a few simple sides to compliment my yummy entrée! The time I saved with this dinner gave me more than enough time to make some cute Punny Kitchen Towels perfect for my kitchen. I used a die cutting machine and some iron-on vinyl to make them! I can’t wait to go back to Meijer and try a different Tyson Fully Cooked Dinner and Entrée Kit! They have fair prices and a large selection. To find a Meijer store near you check out their list here. These Kits are all minimally processed with no artificial ingredients added, so you can feel good about what you and your family are eating.
If you’re looking for a simple and delicious dinner idea from freezer to table in less than 20 minutes, these Tyson Fully Cooked Dinner and Entrée Kits are the ones for you. I enjoy anything that saves me enough time to be able to craft more!
