You can add cute little texts, frames, emojis, stickers, or your own doodles to your photos before you print them using the app. So they’re totally customizable! I’m a sucker for the classic photos that are printed as/is, but I do really like the black and white option as well. I was trying to think of fun DIYs I could make using my Canon IVY, and I think I found the perfect idea.
We created a DIY Photo Lamp! We made a wood base that would hold a bulb and found an 8″ square glass vase that was perfect for our photos. Once the base was built we did some simple math and printed all the photos we needed to cover our lamp. A few minutes of peeling and sticking later and there you have it!
I adore my lamp and I love the way the light shines through the photos. Every time I see it, It’s a perfect reminder of all the adventures I’ve had, and the people I love the most. I always take my Canon IVY with me wherever I go, because I’ll never know when I’ll want to print the moment after I capture it. You will love yours too!
