I love crafting for Christmas, especially good crafts that have a purpose. In the stress of the holiday, it feels so good to step back and take some relaxing time while making some fun and functional decor. Crafting has always been my therapy, and if it’s yours also then you need to check out this DIY. I love making Cricut holiday crafts. Today I’ll show you how we made these super cute DIY Cricut Snowflake Coasters. They add a cute and simple holiday touch to any space. You will love the look of these, and so will all of your guests. I hope you enjoy this DIY holiday project you can make with your Cricut.
Supplies:
- Burlap Coasters
- Cricut Maker
- Cricut EasyPress
- Weeding Tool Set
- White Iron On
- Press Cloth
Step One- Load your machine with the iron on shiny side down on the mat, and make sure you’ve selected “mirror” in your design space settings.
Step Two- Once the Cricut is finished cutting, preheat your EasyPress to your desired temperature and weed your design.
Step Three- Preheat your coasters with the EasyPress, then position the snowflakes on them. Once you’ve got them centered, lay them all down next to each other and apply the EasyPress to them for your desired amount of time.
Step Four- Allow them to cool, then slowly peel off the transfer tape.
Wasn’t this the cutest holiday project? You could even make a set of these and give them as gifts for your friends and family this holiday season. I hope you enjoyed this fun tutorial. I love the way they turned out.
