7/31 | Kids Fish Crafts

These fun Kids Fish Crafts are great to make any time of the year. Many of them are made with simple, inexpensive that you are likely to have around the house and the rest can generally be picked up at your local dollar store.

Work on scissors skills, teach the kids how to glue items together, and let them express their creativity to make these adorable underwater-themed crafts. These would be great to go along with reading some fish-themed books like The Rainbow Fish, The Pout Pout Fish, One Fish Two Fish, and Swimmy  or as part of a fish unit in school or homeschool.

Kids Fish Crafts

We can’t wait to grab the kids and the craft supplies and start making a bunch of these fish projects. We could make a whole ocean-themed wall in our house!

STARFISH AND SAND DOLLAR CANVASES From A Little Craft in Your Day

Okay, we’re using a loose definition of fish here but these adorable canvases were just too cute not to include. Use seashells, construction paper fish, or plastic fish instead of the starfish and sand dollars if you want.

HONEYCOMB BALL PUFFER FISH From Tinker About

These puffer fish are adorable, but may be the craft on this list that requires the most work when gathering up the craft supplies. If you can’t find the honeycomb balls at a craft store, try a party supply store or search online. These would make really great party decorations!
