7/31 | Awesome Tie Dye Projects to Make

This Awesome Tie Dye Projects post is sponsored by Create Basics. Thank you for supporting the brand partners that make A Little Craft In Your Day possible.

Summer is here and that means it’s time to get creative! One of my favorite things to do during the summer is tie-dye! It’s so fun and makes for a great activity to do with friends and family. No two projects ever turn out the same and they’re all so unique.

I went to my local Walmart and found this amazing Create Basics 18 Bottle Tie Dye Party Tub! It’s the ultimate tie dye kit that includes everything you need to tie-dye. From gloves to rubber bands this party tub has it all.

The best part is the 18 bottles have pre-measured powder, so all you do is add water, shake, and tie-dye! The dye is permanent and washing machine safe, too. You can buy this great Tie Dye Party Tub exclusively at Walmart in the store or online here !

Tie Dye Corn Hole Sacks

Just about every family has a set of corn hole boars now. It’s so darn fun to play! But I’ve never seen corn hole sacks as unique as this. The colors are so vibrant and no two are the same.

How fun would it be to let all the members of your family tie dye one sack? So they all were fun and different. You’re sure to turn some heads with these fun tie-dyed sacks.

Tie Dye Wrapped Planters

This idea is a pretty cool one. It was great stepping outside the box and finding ways to decorate with tie-dye. With the 12 different color choices in the Create Basics Tie Dye Party Tub, you can dye your fabric any color you want to match your space.

All we did once the tie-dying process was complete was Decou-Page the fabric onto the terracotta pots. It was such a fun project to make and I get compliments on these tie-dyed pots all the time.

Easy Tie Dyed Overalls

Unlike shirts or pillowcases, clothing items like overalls can seem a bit difficult to tie-dye. Lucky for us in the Create Basics Tie Dye Party Tub you get a project guide with helpful tips as well as their website Create Basics to see lots of different tie-dying techniques step by step.

We decided that the crumple method would be simple to execute and still look great. We love the way it turned out.

I hope you all enjoyed seeing these great projects we made using Create Basics Tie Dye! I hope these ideas inspired you all to get out this summer and make something great with your friends and family. Tie-dying is a fun activity for people of all ages.
