Yesterday morning in the office we had a special little breakfast and we decided to create these YUMMY easy breakfast sliders. You’re going to be obsessed with these as they’re easy to cook for a large group of people and I couldn’t ask for anything better. I had no idea how we were going to be able to turn dinner rolls into a breakfast item. We ended up melting butter into our syrup to thin it out and it made for sure a nice glaze. Be sure to give me a comment and let me know what you think.
Supplies:
1 Pack Jimmy Dean Bacon
1 Dozen Eggs
1 Pack Sliced Cheese
24 Count Small Butter Rolls
Pancake Syrup
Butter
2 9″x 13″ Glass Baking Pans
Steps:
Step 1: Crack all your eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl and beat, then pour the beaten eggs into your well greased glass pan.
Step 2: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and place the eggs in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Step 3: As your eggs cook, get out a large pan and fry the pack of bacon.
Step 4: Unless your rolls have been pre-cut, slice them with a large knife in order to make them sliders.
Step : Melt 3-4 tablespoons of butter in the microwave, once completely melted add 2-3 tablespoons of syrup and stir together, this will be your glaze!
Step 5: Once your bacon is fried and the eggs are fully cooked you are ready to assemble. Start by placing the bottom half of your rolls into your second baking pan.
Step 6: Layer on the good stuff! Start with your eggs, then place your slices of cheese over the eggs. Then you’ll break the slices of bacon in half and place on top.
Step 7: Lay the top half of the rolls on last and cut slices in the pan along the edges of the rolls, making them individual sliders.
Step 8: Now you take that yummy glaze and brush it on the top of the sliders generously, letting it fall into all the nooks and crannies. Then serve and enjoy!
