11/30 | DIY Holiday Potholder – Cricut Christmas Gift Idea

I Love making handmade projects for the holiday season, and I know my friends and family appreciate the time I put into making great personalized gifts. Today I’m going to share a video with you on how to make your very own DIY Holiday Potholder! If you know someone in your family that likes to cook or bake then this is a great DIY gift idea for them. Don’t spend so much money at the store picking out boring gifts when you can put a little time and effort into creating wonderful gifts everyone will love. I hope you enjoy the tutorial!

Supplies:

  • Cricut Maker
  • Cricut EasyPress
  • Weeding Tool Set
  • White Iron On
  • Potholder
  • Press Cloth

Step One- Cut out your design with the Cricut Maker, making sure you’ve measured how big the design should be on the potholder and that you have mirrored the image and placed the iron on shiny side down on your mat.

Step Two- Now preheat your EasyPress and weed your design once the Cricut has completed cutting it.

Step Three-  Place your Potholder on your press cloth and apply the heat press for your desired amount of time. Let it cool, then slowly peel off the transfer paper.
