1/31 | DIY Key Fob- with a zipper compartment

This post is sponsored by Coats & Clark. Thank you for supporting the brand partners that make A Little Craft In Your Day possible.

Who is ready for another sewing tutorial?! I love making these for you guys and today we have a really fun project. In the video below, I’ll show you how to make a DIY Key Fob with a zipper compartment. It is the perfect project for using up your scrap statch! I use mine to store some emergency cash or when I don’t want to bring my whole wallet somewhere. I have also found that chapstick fits perfectly in there and during these cold winter months, we are always needing that! Let’s get to sewing!

So what did you think?! It really is that simple- just a few straight stitches! I have loved having this on my keys. It makes me feel so much better knowing that I have some cash with me wherever I go in case they don’t take cards. I also love the bright fabric and Coats & Clark All-Purpose Zipper that I picked out, but of course, you can use whatever colors you like best! I just can’t get over how fun the NEW Coats & Clark Zipper Pulls are! This circle one is my FAVORITE!

As always, I am here to be your personal sewing cheerleader! You’ve got this guys!! If you happen to come across any questions that I don’t seem to answer in the video, just leave a comment on the video or this post and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can! Happy Sewing!!
