6/30 | DIY Racetrack Letter Wall Art

Momma, I know how hard it can be hard to find crafts to do with your little boys which is why I am sharing this DIY Racetrack Letter Wall Art. Pinterest is full of glittery pink butterfly and fairy crafts for the girls, but for little boys, Pinterest and our minds often come up short. Today I am excited to bring you a fun craft that you and your little guys can make together and then proudly display on the walls of their bedroom. They will love using some of the cars they don’t play with often, to make this DIY racetrack letter wall art with you! Also- we rounded up 15 crafts for boys to give you even more ideas!

  • Wooden letter of the child’s initial
  • 3 little toy cars
  • black paint
  • white paint
  • foam paint brush
  • hot glue gun

Step One: Paint the wooden letter black. Let it dry.
Step Two: Dip the foam paint brush in the white paint and dab the thin tip onto the middle of the letter to create the dotted line in the middle of the road.
Step Three: Hot glue the three little cars onto the letter where they look best.

That really is all that there is to it! I love how simple this DIY racetrack letter wall art is to make. It will look amazing hanging on the walls of a young (or young at heart) boy’s room. I think they have now have giant wooden letters at the craft store, like 3 feet tall. Imagine how cool this would be on that scale!
