Hey everyone! I’m super excited to share some amazing home organization ideas with you all, specifically for your kitchen. Everyone needs some organization help, I know I do. One thing people may not know that actually helps a ton with organization is your Cricut Maker. It has the ability to make all kinds of labels for all sorts of things in your home. It’s an easy way to bring order to chaos. Next time you go to get crafty with your Cricut, get organized!

Today I want to share with you all two different ways we used our Cricut Maker in our home for organization. These two ideas are super fun and they really improved the functionality and style of our kitchen. We made awesome cabinet organizers for all your favorite food and snacks, along with a super stylish menu board perfect to get your weekly meals planned out. DIY Cabinet Organizers With Your Cricut

Supplies:

Steps:

1. Measure your food organizers and then in Design Space using the Quirky Script font write out all of the food you’re organizing!

2. Once they’re all written out go to letter space and lower that until your letters are where you want them. Size them according to the measurements of your organizers. BE SURE to weld each word separately before you cut them!

3. Load your mat, select your material, and press the flashing Cricut button!

4. Once cut weed all the negative vinyl and cover the whole thing with transfer paper then cut each word(s) out after burnishing.

5. Wipe your kitchen organizers with rubbing alcohol then apply your Vinyl to each one. Burnishing with your fingers and slowly peeling the transfer paper straight back.

6. Now simply fill your containers with the coordinating food/snack, store, and enjoy!

Easy DIY Menu Board With Your Cricut

Supplies:

Steps:

1. Measure your chalkboard. Go to Design Space and using Quirky Script font write out “Menu:” and all the first letters of the days of the week simply hitting return to get them in a straight line.

2. Once you have the letters how you want them, lower the letter spacing in your “Menu” until the letters are touching how you want them to.

3. Now Select both layers and BE SURE to weld before you cut.

4. Load your mat, select your material, and press the flashing Cricut button!

5. Once cut weed all the negative vinyl after trimming the excess and cover with transfer paper and burnish.

6. Now wipe your chalkboard down with rubbing alcohol and carefully line up the vinyl where you’d like it to go. To help us, we also separated the weekdays from the “Menu” so we could focus on adding one piece at a time, but feel free to do it all at once.

7. After burnishing slowly remove your transfer tape straight down and get to meal planning!
